Was in for just an oil change. Making the appointment was easy as Ryder was his. Was in for just an oil change. Making the appointment was easy as Ryder was his usual extremely helpful self. While I was waiting for my car I overheard technician conversations with two other customers. They were very respectful, provided information and options without pushing for additional work. In one case they explained that they were unable to complete the diagonostic test and why, but they had tracked the indicator light back to a particular system. They assured the young driver that it wasn't a safety or reliability issue, and explained when and in what condition to bring the car back so that they could complete the diagnostic. They didn't even charge the customer for the work they had done because they couldn't finish the test. The customer was clearly relieved to hear her car was safe to drive. I was very impressed with how the technician interacted with her. I will definitely continue to take my car here knowing it, and I, am in excellent hands.

I found a jewel right in my back yard, I have been passing Import Specialty Serv. I found a jewel right in my back yard, I have been passing Import Specialty Service for years not knowing fully what services they offered. I finally learned they serviced my make of car and was curious how they would fair and decided to give them a try. Well I'm delighted to share what an awesome experience I had, from the initial greeting and appointment setting, to the courtesy van drop and finally the invoice that was reasonably prized. I will surely be a loyal customer going forth.

The communication was great and everything was done in a very short amount of time and an extremely reasonable price. The staff is very welcoming & polite. They are the only repair shop I have been to that offers a shuttle service. This is the only place I will be taking my cars from now on!!

Fixed a problem that I had serviced at Mercedes Benz of Nashville, several times, and they could never get it right, yet charged an arm and leg.
