Spoke with Roger/Ryder on the phone, very friendly and very helpful when requesting a quote for my damaged vehicle. Also are well established in Nashville and showed considerable industry knowledge. I’m very grateful.

Our experiences have been great, Ryder has been very helpful to work with, and is very responsive. They’ve worked on two different cars and so far, we are completely satisfied. I like that the vehicle is checked all over, and pictures are included with their communications, findings and estimate. Having a child in college in Nashville, I feel very comfortable and confident with this shop and Ryder.

My mechanic recommended this place when I moved to Tennessee 12 years ago. The service has been excellent over the years. They don't "fix" things that don't need fixing, and when things need fixing, they do the job right the first time. A good and honest mechanic is hard to find. That fact makes this place a rare and essential find if you want to keep your car safe and reliable.

I love this place! Their customer service is top notch👌🏾 and they take great care of you and your car. Rides are offered when your repairs will take longer than a few hours and communication is available both in person and remote. Payments can be made from anywhere and they take great care to ensure you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been having my car serviced here for about 2.5 years now after accidentally showing up at the wrong place for an appointment.
