Scheduling the service appointment online was simple. The location was easy to get to. But most importantly, their work and customer service was outstanding.

I've had multiple cars serviced at Import Specialty over the past 15 years and t. I've had multiple cars serviced at Import Specialty over the past 15 years and they are simply the best. I have lived out of state and when it's time for a major check up I'll plan a trip to Nashville so that my car can be serviced by them specifically. They are very honest and have always given me a time line of things to come (like a big service, tire change, etc.) so I don't get caught with unexpected expensive repairs. Of course accidents happen but I typically know what to expect. Great communicators as well.

From the initiation of my appointment via phone, thru the completion of service, the staff were attentive and courteous. The service manager gave me accurate information, and took my concerns into consideration. The shuttle service was wonderful, and gave me an opportunity to see a part of Nashville, that I would not ordinarily see. I highly recommend them to anyone with an import vehicle that requires service or maintenance.

Helpful, friendly staff, reasonable rates and excellent customer service all the way around. They even have an option to apply for 6-month-no-interest credit to pay for your service. We have been going to them for a couple years for BMW service. Highly recommend!
