Ryder at Import Specialty Service, along with all of the staff, are absolutely stellar. At every other place I've been, I am always being sold other services that I don't necessarily need. Import Specialty Service is just the opposite! I knew from the minute I walked in that the staff at Import are special, kind, and on YOUR side. That means the world! I can't say enough good things about Import Specialty Service. You are doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere but here! 100/10!

Import Specialty Service stands behind their work, and I appreciate that. We had some rocky moments (a couple of the men definitely need to work on speaking over women), but in the end they made it right. They remained professional and kind. When I wasn't satisfied that I was hearing squeaking days after paying $1,200 for new brakes & rotors, they replaced a set of brake pads that were not their own parts, which they didn't have to do, to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that and would recommend them. How a company handles a customer's frustration or dissatisfaction speaks volumes. And in the end they did the right thing. My car has been running great and I feel confident that it's in good shape for my relocation to another city.

I just had my 2015 VW Jetta GLI in for a transmission failure. they were prompt and kind. after service while driving home I had an absolute BLAST. the transmission had definitely been failing since I caught the car 2 years ago. all the weird noises disappeared and it pulls like it should. everything about this car screams DRIVE ME now, and that I will be happy to do. my car was also just as clean, if not more clean than I left it. that's another huge bonus. highly recommended and I will be using ISS for ALL of my servicing needs.

My uncle was a long time customer and I inherited his vehicle upon his passing. I needed to have car inspected before driving it to my home. The staff was supportive and efficient. Everything was explained to me in detail and I am glad they provided pictures to show my new service shop. Highly recommend.

I love the team at ISS. They have worked on a couple of my cars. I enjoy that they are honest and there are no hidden surprises or charges when I pick up my car. I have even recommended them to my friends.
