Having been a client of theirs for 5 years, I pulled out of there confident that they had done exactly what needed to be done at the most efficient price they could give me.

I have been a customer for many years and these folks consistently provide frien. I have been a customer for many years and these folks consistently provide friendly, professional service. As everyone knows, BMW's and Mercedes are not inexpensive cars to maintain. My 1999 540 and 2007 CLK 350 have had lots of problems, many of which have been quite expensive to repair. This situation is not the fault of Import Specialty Service, but rather my (poor) decision to buy cars that aren't particularly reliable and extremely expensive to maintain.
