A friend recommended ISS to me a number of years ago and I have been a satisfied. A friend recommended ISS to me a number of years ago and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. I usually wait for my car to be serviced and appreciate the updates I receive throughout my wait. The estimates I am given before my car is serviced are always accurate so I am never surprised with my final bill. I also appreciate being told when there is servicing that can wait until the next visit. Several times I have called when I am having trouble with my car or those darned lights come on to tell me something needs checked and I am always scheduled quickly. I have worked mostly with Ryder and he has always been pleasant and helpful. The customer service is great and everyone is always very nice. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and snacks and drinks are complimentary. I highly recommend ISS to anyone that is looking for an honest, reasonably priced and friendly business to service their car.
