Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The first time I went there they diagnosed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The first time I went there they diagnosed my car and saw it was under warrenty so they sent me to the Mini dealership because they knew it would be free there and then didn't charge me a penny for looking at my car!!! I recent took it back to Import Specialty for some maintenance work and they were quick and did a great job.

Just before having to leave town, a door window in my trusty 2000 Volvo V70 roll. Just before having to leave town, a door window in my trusty 2000 Volvo V70 rolled down and didn't roll back up. Import Specialty Service was able to make space for a friend to drop it by so they could get the window back up! They even topped off the radiator fluid for me. I cannot recommend their facility and friendly staff enough.
