Let me tell you. These guys are Professional, Courteous, incredibly knowledgabl. Let me tell you. These guys are Professional, Courteous, incredibly knowledgable and they speak to you straight with no attempt to nickel and dime you for things you don't need. On my last visit I was brought to the back and shown exactly what they were doing. I had an issue at Nashville Audi in which Audi attempted to sell my wife a $1500 water pump on a new car that didn't need to be replaced. I brought the car to Import Specialty and they showed me there was no leak and the part was in good shape. You will be treated fairly at this shop. I highly recommend these guys. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles.

I have had a Mercedes for years and always went to the dealership for service. It was always a pain to get an appointment and never got the treatment I got a Import. We even got cookies sent to our home as a thank you for using their service! Definitely recommending to anyone!
