Although I was caught off guard by the number and expense of the services needed. Although I was caught off guard by the number and expense of the services needed, that is not Import Specialty's fault. Everyone was courteous, the work was completed when scheduled, and I am trusting that everything was done professionally. I will be back for regular service over the next few years, time will tell, but I'm happy with the overall experience.

For the amount of work I had done on my Volvo, I was pleased with the work done. For the amount of work I had done on my Volvo, I was pleased with the work done at Import Specialty Service. They kept me in touch on the status of my car via email which was nice to be able to read and understand all the repairs. I would go there again over the previous dealer / repair shop I had gone to before any day.

Well, I knew the work was being done, much like taking a loved one in for surger. Well, I knew the work was being done, much like taking a loved one in for surgery. But once they close the door you have no way of seeing the patient until after surgery. So you have to trust the surgeons as to know what they're doing. And I do, although you really don't know if an auto repair business is reputable, except by the people that you meet behind the desk. Kristal Cantrell is very good at what she does and made me feel at ease. This is the second time I've brought my 2003 Jaguar in for service and I got a ride home from Rod, the owner of the company. The good part was he was so humble that he did not tell me he was the owner during our 35 min. ride, although I had an inkling that he was. We had a great time of fellowship and without asking I knew he was a brother in the Lord. You cannot fake integrity and you can't fake genuineness. He is indeed a good man as are the rest of those employed at Import Specialty Service. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
