I have to rely on others for car maintenance, as I have little knowledge. I trust these people. They gave me an assessment, caught a problem others missed, kept me informed during the process, and though the repairs ere expensive, they treated me fairly and made an effort to save me money wherever possible. I will definitely be back.

Import Specialty Service is absolutely wonderful. I took the car in to get checked out, and it turned out I needed a really expensive repair. Import clearly communicated throughout the entire process, drove me to work twice after dropping the car off, and returned the car in peak condition. Take your car to them. They might send you cookies too...
