Better than ever experienced. Customer service is Ryder Gibbs middle name. Detailed estimates, timely updates, accurate completion times and the extra mile - finding me a tow hook in a day so I could get towed in before leaving town. I thought he might be exaggerating when he told me my knew M roadster clutch would perform better than new-until I drove it. While I would prefer not being such a regular customer for major repairs, I am very glad that I found Import Specialty Service!
