Honest and efficient. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Honest. Polite. Not my daily vehicle, but I got the car back within a couple of days, and it runs very well. I hope that the gremlins in my XKR have been exorcised by the performed procedures. No parts were needed, so I was lucky costwise. The procedure was about $400, not counting towing, an optional procedure I asked them to do, and taxes.
