Nashville Import Auto Repair

Took our SUV to them. Ryder Gibbs is my service advisor and he always provides a detailed explanation of repairs and maintenance items before proceeding. Car wouldn't start one day. Got it towed to them and, although busy, were able to quickly get started on the diagnosis. I have trusted them with our vehicle repairs and maintenance for since 2012. Prices seem fair. Communication (status reports, explanations) are what you would want. They even provide pictures where leaks are coming from and tire wear. If you decline, there is no pressure. Positive experience as usual.

Great service done by qualified mechanics supported in front by Ryder who is patient and does a great job in explaining exactly what needs to be done now or potential issues than can be fixed at a later date! After visiting this shop, the words that come to mind are honest, professional, and good at what they do. I came here with a vehicle in rough shape, and the staff did not hesitate to give me a straight forward answer, rather than needlessly encouraging me to spend my money. The shop is clean and the office is welcoming. If you're someone who is skeptical about mechanics, give import specialty a chance.

Just had another excellent experience at Import Specialty Service! My wife's Mercedes was due for a Service A. I made the appointment for 1:30pm, got there a little early, and was on my way by 2:45pm. Byron explained all that was done as well as informing me as to what services the car would need next time. Do yourself a favor...please don't look any further for a center to work on your vehicle. RUN, don't walk, to Import Specialty Service, and don't look back. It will be the best decision that you have made in a long time! Please add me to the long list of 5-star customers! Before moving from Los Angeles four months ago, I began "shopping" for a trustworthy auto repair center in Nashville. Please understand that I had been with my very trusted technician for about 15 years. I researched numerous shops in Nashville and I ultimately called Import Specialty and I spoke with Crystal. She answered all my questions and even invited me to take a tour of their facility to help me decide. Today I brought my car in for its first service, consisting of an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly. The facility is immaculate and I felt as if I had been a customer for many years. I am glad that I finally had the opportunity to meet Crystal. I want to thank Byron for introducing himself to me and for making me feel especially welcomed at their center. I have found my auto repair place!!!
