Booked service at this shop based on a referral from a work colleague. Found out later referral was actually to another shop around the corner, but my experience was so great I will be going back and would recommend to others. Description of services was accurate over the phone, when I dropped off, and in summary upon pickup. Price was very competitive and well below dealer. Car is running like a champ now and they even performed a complimentary check on other systems. Rod, Ryder and Byron were professionals. While waiting for their shuttle to work in the morning, saw they were rated #1 for car repairs by the local paper. See why they are loved by the community. Highly recommend you consider this place if you have an European or Asian import.

I needed brakes for my A7 I called and they scheduled me for a free diagnostic to ensure what I needed. The parts were ordered and they were very prompt with the service repair. At checkout, a minor part wasn't quoted in my original estimate but to offer good customer service they gave me a credit to cover the part bc it was originally ommitted. I will definitely return for any future service needs.

Import Specialty Service did a great job repairing my 2003 BMW 325i. After letting it sit in my garage for way too long, it needed lots of care. Ryder, (the car counselor :-) was very professional and clearly explained everything that needed to be done to make my car run smooth. I will return in the future.

I've been taking my Volvo here for about 10 years. I have always been given true and honest advice. I never have surprises. The time frame to do a service is always right on. The pricing is fair. I never have a mechanical surprise while on the road. It's clean and well stocked with coffee and small goodies.

These guys know what there doing and have superb customer service. You get what you pay for. I took my car in for failing emissions. Byron fixed the issue and took it through emissions to make sure it passed. I take all my cars here. Lucky to have them here in Nashville!
