The Service Advisors are great, the invoices are very informative, a shuttle is available (if nec), and most importantly, I trust them. When a repair hasn't gone as planned, it's always been taken care of...and I have been taken care of. They have been there to take care of everyday car problems, and they have been there to deliver me crushing news - they have always done it with professionalism that re-affirms how much I can...and do...trust them. Bonus...they are part of a network of like-minded shops, so when I needed service in Birmingham, AL, a trusted partner was available to help. Your import car is in great hands here - I tell you this with the greatest of confidence.

These guys serviced my Volvo S-60 for years. I sold it a few years ago and bought a car which has had dealer service included. I've missed them so much that I just bought and Audi A3 that will need service every few months. See you guys soon. This is the only import shop I would go to in Nashville.
