I had just purchased my baby (BMW 2012, 328i Convertible) and it had some trouble when I would accelerate after 60mph. I had checked the reviews and out of all the places this was the one with the best reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. From the two time I called prior to taking my baby, Krystal was very outgoing, cheerful, and professional over the phone, putting me at ease by stating that the technicians were certified in handling BMWs and would be able to fix my baby. I had told her that I had finally purchased my dream car and wanted to make sure he was in good hands. I was out of town so my best fiend dropped him off. After two days Mike called me up and explained what the problem was, he said that they could fix it and have ready soon. He mentioned other three things that he recommended be done but that the main reason why I brought him was the spark plug coils. I said let’s go ahead and have them done. They had it completed in two days. Mike and Krystal were excellent in communicating with me the entire time and letting me know when the car was completed and following up. They put two new tires on the back, a complete fluid wash, alignment, replaced all six spark plugs and the one coil that was bad, all for $1457. I picked it up and Ryder was the one that gave me the key, he was very kind and professional. They had placed a thank you card with mints in the seat and I thought was very thoughtful. Man, when I drove my boy on the interstate, I went from 40mph to 80mph in a heart beat without any issues or problems and it felt amazing! They really did a great job! If you’re looking for a place that will tell you exactly what is wrong and not up charge you or try to sell you into doing more to your car but more make good recommendations to your car, if you’re looking for excellent customer service on the phone and at the shop, and if you’re looking for a place that will definitely take great care of you and your baby (car), then Import Specialty Service is the place! I highly recommend them! :-)
