The best and most caring service I’ve received when getting my car maintenance. I typically took my Mercedes to the dealership to get maintenance just so I knew everything would be done correctly, but the care factor was never there. With Import the second you made an inquiry you knew they would do the job right and also cared about their customers.

Doug and the service team gave us a 2nd opinion on significant engine work. They performed a detailed diagnostic and gave us 2 detailed options with pricing. They took the time to explain the the options and the risks associated with each. They also allowed us to speak directly with the senior service technician to get even more specifics. Compared to the Brentwood Audi dealer they by far seemed more knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Little did I know when my car tire got damaged while weekending in Nashville, that is was a rare hard to find tire. Luckily I found import Specialty. They made a bunch of calls and found a tire for me. They were great to work with I I would highly recommend them.

The most trustworthy, accommodating shop in town. They aren't out to nickel and dime you, they are sincere while fixing the issue.

A bit pricey but they always do great work on my Benz so no complaints here. They'll take good care of your ride! Highly recommend.

They were super flexible on car pick-up time and efficient with the fix! Their prices are pretty high but besides that I had a great experience. Their service rep Crystal was super helpful!
