We called this morning to request a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that we were looking at for our daughter’s first car. I spoke with Doug Bundy and he was extremely helpful. He was able to get us in same day to check out the car. They did more than just look it over... I got an email with a checklist where they went over the car with a fine tooth comb. It made this momma super happy!! If we ever find ourselves in need of repairs we will definitely keep Import Specialty Auto in mind. The courtesy and customer service they showed us today will not be forgotten. Thanks Doug!!

Very professional and honest. I've always had a good experience with them and felt like they've taken good care of me and my car, but my most recent experience really put them in the class act category. My wife's battery died so we jumped it and took it over to the shop. They diagnosed an alternator failure but had the wherewithal to call the dealership and see whether it was still in warranty. Fortunate for us, it was. They assisted us in getting it towed to the dealership for no cost and never batted an eye. It was a classy move all around. I would have continued using them from my own experience but this solidified my trust.

Doug and the service team gave us a 2nd opinion on significant engine work. They performed a detailed diagnostic and gave us 2 detailed options with pricing. They took the time to explain the the options and the risks associated with each. They also allowed us to speak directly with the senior service technician to get even more specifics. Compared to the Brentwood Audi dealer they by far seemed more knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I give Import Specialty Service my highest recommendation. I drive a 12 year old mini-van that needs some repairs. After talking to my service adviser, Ryder, I decided that it would be a better decision for me to replace the vehicle than put more money into repairs of my current one. How many shops will have a conversation with you that doesn't make them money? I have friends and family who have trusted their automotive care to this group for ten years and now I know why.
