My son moved to Nashville just a couple of months ago and his car that he relies on day today broke down. Not knowing where to go, he took it to some local repair shop that wasted time then told us there was nothing they could do. Our of sheer desperation, we used google reviews and took it to Import Specialty. I am VERY happy to report that we will be staying. Byron Cruz, our service advisor, was so personal, helpful, easy to talk to and understood a parents concern. He talked through the options, made sure we understood the pricing and got the car fixed and running very quickly. We knew exactly what was going on the whole time and the work was finished exactly when promised. We are glad we found this place and wont be going anywhere else anytime soon. Thank you Byron!!!

We called this morning to request a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that we were looking at for our daughter’s first car. I spoke with Doug Bundy and he was extremely helpful. He was able to get us in same day to check out the car. They did more than just look it over... I got an email with a checklist where they went over the car with a fine tooth comb. It made this momma super happy!! If we ever find ourselves in need of repairs we will definitely keep Import Specialty Auto in mind.
