When I purchased my 2016 Land Rover, I had originally taken it to Nashville Land Rover. The level of pretentiousness and superiority cut have been cut with a knife. I had terrible experience. A friend recommended that I go to Import Specialty Service and I couldn't be more please. The nicest, most considerate, honest, trustworthy individuals I have come across in a long time. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I've been coming to these guys for the past year and a half and with both of my BMW convertibles, they have done an excellent job! From the moment I called and spoke with Doug, to the moment I arrived for service, Doug, Ryder, and Byron, have all been super supportive and friendly! I always go with my mom and I absolutely love the way Doug treats mom, just like family! I feel right at home because I can work from their waiting room, which is super cozy and they have snacks and beverages too! On top of that, everyone, I mean EVERYONE, is super kind and friendly! I'm all about customer service, and I am more than grateful for having this AMAZING TEAM as my BMW caregivers! haha. Thank you guys! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Everything handled professionally, as usual. It's great dealing with Ryder. Main repair was treated under import Specialty warranty. Given that they never recommend unnecessary services, I knew the suggestion to flush cooling system was a good idea.
