Love Import Specialty Service! They are very thorough, good at explaining the repairs in detail, and easy to talk through options. Nice folks, too.

Been going to these guys for nearly 20 years (at least a dozen cars or more...Volvos, BMWs, a VW and an Infinity). Great customer service and top-end diagnostic equipment, well trained mechanics. In the rare occasions it is wrong, they always make it right. I hope they are around another 20!

I have been taking my cars to Import Specialty for over 15 years and would never consider going elsewhere. When I have an unexpected problem with my car they get me right in and quickly fix whatever the problem is. Their services are reasonably priced and I find the business to be very honest. They tell me what services I need to have taken care of soon and also which services can wait. They never try to tell me I need something done that is not necessary like some businesses do. Everyone who works there is exceptionally nice and goes out of their way to give the best service possible. The team at import Specialty Services took great care of me & my car. Though my main contact was Doug they were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Doug was very patient with me and the plethora of questions I asked. I will definitely be back.

These guys are awesome! I originally went in for a transmission mount the Mercedes Dealer told me I needed to get fixed and when these guys checked it out, they said it was not ready to be replaced. Kudos to their honesty!
