Really appreciated the time Ryder took to go through the service estimate with me and plan out a course of action for my vehicle. Great care for my auto needs!

We came to ISS for an inspection of a 2005 Volvo XC70 that we recently purchased. We suspected that the vehicle may need some suspension work. The review that ISS provided was thorough and very detailed. They provided pictures of all the shortcomings that they found and delivered an accurate picture of the work needed to keep the vehicle safely on the road. Our service manager spent a great deal of time with us and was able to explain, in detail, why the repairs were recommended. I have no doubt that this is a stand up and honest team. No question that paying for the inspection was a solid investment of time and money.

Very courteous, friendly and professional. Stayed in close contact throughout, didn't charge me for any work they didn't do and am pleased with the price and quality of work performed.
