Nashville Import Auto Repair

I went with Import Specialty Service because I was looking for local mechanics that worked on VWs. I got an oil change. The experience was pretty smooth, the service advisor (Ryder) communicated very clearly and was able to give me an accurate estimate for services. I believe the rates are competitive with other import and German car mechanics in Nashville. They sent an inspection report with clear images via email, which was handy. They also put a small box of mints in your car when you pick it up, which is a nice touch. They can get you an Uber for drop off and pickup from the shop on request. Overall, a great local mechanic, clear communication, not pushy, don't try to upsell you on anything. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and would never trust any other company to service my car. They are honest, reasonably priced and the guys that work there are always friendly and courteous. They always work me in for unexpected issues even when I show up on the wrong day (thanks, Ryder!). They are also great about telling me if a problem can wait to be fixed at a later date or if it needs to be fixed soon. That is a big deal and one of the reasons I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Import Specialty Service. You won't be disappointed.
