It can be difficult to find a shop with the experience, customer service, AND value to fix or maintain your car, but ISS does it all. As a family owned business, they are committed to good and honest service. I’ve used them for several Volvo’s and Audi’s. Their crews are very familiar with the complexity of all cars, especially those like BMW, Audi, Volvo, and many others.

I’ve used Import Specialty for several years and I have never been disappointed. Their service is spot on all the time. I have a Lexus and I won’t allow any other company to work on it. As far as the front desk staff, both Doug and Ryder are extremely personable and professional. They go out of their way to ensure customers are happy. I am 100% confident in this company and recommend them without hesitation.
