THE BEST TEAM! I absolutely LOVE coming here for my regular oil change and care maintenance and service! From the outstanding customer service of Doug with his great way of explaining everything and always asking about how mom's doing, Ryder providing his calm voice to comfort me when my baby beemer is in for extra repairs, Byron showing his skills as a confident and determined dude to let you know everything is going to be alright, Chris with his cheerful smile when taking and bringing the car to the back and front, Kevin in the shop showing me and explaining me what is wrong with the car so I understand as a kid would, to the awesomeness of the owner, Ron, when he has taken me to work in the shuttle! These guys are AMAZING!!!! Thank you all for being so kind, professional, and down to earth! My BMW Convertible would never be the same without YOU GUYS!

Great Service

We have just started working with the team at Import Specialty Services. We have a vehicle with multiple issues, and they have performed a thorough diagnosis and have estimated the cost of repair to be at least half of what a other place has estimated. We hope to have a beautifully running vehicle for our investment, I. The near future.
