To start I have to say that I am always very skeptical of mechanic shops. I’ve just had bad experiences in the past so I’m always cautious whenever I have to take my cars in. Having not needed a shop since moving to Nashville I was going in blind for the routine service work my Mercedes E350 needed. I chose this shop based on reviews and it’s close proximity to where I live. Wow did I get lucky. While completing the service work needed they discovered a severe issue with my engine wiring harness. Something that is a known issue in this vehicle but unfortunately not known to me or I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Doug did a great job of explaining what the issue was and encouraged me to do my own research on it, online. I had purchased an extended warranty on the car and Doug was instrumental in making sure the company understood what was wrong and why they needed to pay to fix it. The warranty company was less than helpful and many repair shops would have said, “sorry we tried, cash or credit”, but not these guys. They tirelessly worked with me to fight for the coverage and in the end we succeeded in getting the vast majority of the cost covered. Their professionalism, experience (Master Mercedes Tech) and diligence saved me thousands of dollars. Are they cheap? No. Are they worth every penny? You bet. Thanks for helping me turn a nightmare into a positive experience. I now know I have a very mechanically sound vehicle and I will tell everyone I know to go here for service. They have awesome communication both by phone and a very convenient texting system. Estimates are all cloud based and very accurate.
