Doug is the main person I was working with. He was very responsive, fair on prices, worked with me to get my maintenance on my GLA 250 on time. He was the face of the company for me and I am glad he was. He represents Import Speciality very well! They did a wonderful job and saved me 100s of dollar versus going to the dealership like I normally do. I will be coming back. The professionalism and communication is unmatched.
