Tried Import Specialty Service when the transmission on my Volvo was acting up and both local Volvo dealers weren’t offering appointments for over a month out. It worked out great and I will use ISS again. Clean facilities, transparent pricing, good work and quick.

I started taking my car to Import Specialty after a series of frustrating events at the dealership. At the time, I had a BMX X5. They took excellent care of my BMW and provided above and beyond customer service. Dealing with Import is a completely different experience than dealing with a dealership, and in all the right ways. I now have a Toyota 4Runner and will be continuing to use Import as my primary auto shop. I couldn't recommend them more.
