These are just good people! Brought my subaru in for engine problems, they had it fixed and back to me within 2 days. Incredible communication and honesty, they told me what the car needed and what they recommended without ever pushing me to buy something I didn't want. I couldn't tell you what was wrong with the car, but they did a great job explaining it to me. Mostly worked with Doug and he seems like a genuinely kind person. Very thankful!

Import Specialty Service recently took great care of my 2004 Land Rover Discovery II. I took it in for an oil change and they advised on a few other items that should be addressed. They were fair on pricing, but one of the jobs I could do on my own, so I added on only one of the items that they recommended. They got the vehicle repaired quickly and returned it to me within a few days at a very fair price. So glad to have them so close!
