I only interacted with Ryan, but I assume the rest of the staff are just as know. I only interacted with Ryan, but I assume the rest of the staff are just as knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning to have them look into a possible coolant leak on my VW GTI, and I received a call back around lunch with an update on their progress. I can vouch that they won't perform any repairs without your consent, so you don't have to worry about being bullied into paying for something you didn't authorize. I'll definitely return to Import Specialty Service the next time I need a mechanic.
