The staff was personable and interested in making sure they diagnosed the proble. The staff was personable and interested in making sure they diagnosed the problem correctly. They made all efforts to fix my car promptly so I was not without a vehicle for more than a couple days. Time was taken to explain what was done to fix my car and what parts were replaced.

Also, the waiting room is very comfortable, with complementary snacks and beverages including a single-cup coffeemaker. Went to the dealer to have my '06 VW Jetta checked for shifting issue and was no. Went to the dealer to have my '06 VW Jetta checked for shifting issue and was not happy with service, the price quote or the $180 charge to diagnose. Found ISS online, read reviews and decided to make a phone call. Needless to say, one day later my car was being fixed and the next day, I was picking it up earlier than expected. Car shifts smoother than ever and I am happy that I found ISS. Very professional and great at not only explaining the problem but also in giving a detailed solution.
